	Woodchips
	• Woodchips are a simple and very attractive way to provide a soft landing space in play areas.
	• Our woodchips are sufficiently heavy, so they will not blow around the garden.
	• They will last a number of years before they need replacing as they take time to break down, the Hardwood Woodchip is particularly long lasting. Woodchips will last even longer if applied over Landscaping Fabric.

Hardwood Amenity Woodchip

This is an attractive “chunky” woodchip made from English Hardwoods. It is highly suitable for recreational areas and garden borders where generous use will substantially reduce weed invasion whilst aiding water retention. Its effectiveness as a weed suppressant can be improved even further by combining it with Landscaping Fabric. As this is a very clean chip it is particularly appropriate for pathways and children’s play areas. This product has been tested by BSI and complies with the requirements of:- BS EN1177:1998 Impact Absorbing Playground Surfacing.

Mulched Woodchip

This is a general purpose mulched soft-wood chip. This is a very versatile product and is well suited to larger amenity areas. It's spongy characteristics make it an excellent budget choice for children‘s play areas.

Play Area Bark

A processed and graded, chunky pine play area bark which is very attractive. It is reddish brown in colour and has a lovely woody fragrance. Play Area Bark is incredibly easy to install and maintain.

Certified for playground use, Play Area Bark also makes a stunning, very natural looking mulch.
